We use wordprocessing and not much else. 

We also use other standard "office" software, such as spreadsheets. 

As well as standard "office" software, we also use databases. 

We use more specialised business packages, such as off-the-shelf accounts software. 

We already have a custom-built system. 

We do not use computers.
